Let me say right off the top that this is not a sponsored post, and I’m not getting paid one cent to brag about anything. You won’t find an affiliate link, and there is no multi-level marketing scheme at play. This is me, just Jen, sharing something with you that I have FALLEN. IN. LOVE. WITH. in the span of the few days.
Lemme back up.
My friend Samantha over at MixedPrintsLife is one of my LuLaRoe “dealers”. I call them dealers because once they get you hooked on their pretty, pretty clothes that make you feel spectacular, you basically stalk their sales page and hand them all of your money. (That’s a whole other post for another day)
I wish I were kidding.
At any rate, someone that Samantha sells LuLaRoe to posted a picture about a stash of goodies that were on their way to her and the picture had products that were called Bee-utiful. I was intrigued. After clicking on the picture, all of the products had cute names and the packaging was immediately attractive to me. So I did a little more investigating. The originator of the post, Sarah, worked for the Amish Country Soap Company. I’ve been in the non-toxic space for quite some time, but I had never heard of them! Non-toxic, chemical and fragrance-free that uses essential oils?! Yes ma’am, I’m all over that. After a great conversation with Sarah on FB about ingredients – because I’m a stickler for knowing what is IN the products I purchase – I went shopping!
Here’s what I ordered:
- Bee-utiful Shampoo
- Bee-utiful bar soap
- Foot powder
- 2 samples of three lotions each, in different “scents”
- 5 lip balms in assorted “flavors”
- The Essential Medicine Cabinet
First, You’ll only see pictures of three of the lip balms because the kids instantly stole two of them for themselves. OMG they are fantastic. And they work. My lips feel amazing – and I can only imagine how great these will be in the colder months. Current obsession – Sweet Cherry.
- Bee-utiful Salve: designed to relieve acne, eczema & psorias
- Chickweed Salve: drawing salve for insect bites and stings, minor burns, poison ivy and splinters
- Sensation Salve: help relieve heat & chest congestion, muscle aches & nausea
- 3 Magi Salve: for chronic pain, inflammation & insomnia
My family deals with ALL of the above and I could see us using these on a pretty regular basis. A salve is basically just an ointment that you rub on topically – and things absorb through your skin in to your bloodstream in a matter of seconds. So I’m good with this type of “medicine”. I’ve had a nasty dry patch on the top of my foot for months that nothing is working on. the Bee-utiful Salve is kicking it’s butt. I see GALLONS of this in my future.
To learn more about the Amish Country Soap Company, you can find them on Facebook and check out their website. They have a bunch more products that I can’t wait to try and some pretty amazing looking seasonal items!
Did any of these products sound intriguing to you? What do you think you would order from Amish Country Soap Company?
P.S. Just a reminder that this was NOT a sponsored post. However, I would be THRILLED to work with the Amish Country Soap Company if they wanted to – HINT HINT!
P.P.S. If you are interested in getting hooked on LuLaRoe like me, here are links to my two FAVORITE Consultants (*cough* dealers *cough*). Samantha and Heather are both AMAZING! There are a LOT of people selling LuLaRoe, but they are the best I’ve found!
